England’s Steven Brown engraved his name on Asiago Open trophy and wins his second title this season three shots clear of France’s Clément Berardo and Italy’s Lorenzo Scotto.
Confirming a maiden win is always a piece of cake. When Brown won in France, he was not in the last group during last round so the pressure he had was the wait at the club house.

This week, the senario was different. He was the overnight leader and had to deal with his opponents. Unfortunatly for France’s Sébastien Gros, he was not sharp enough to threat his playing partner. But from behind, Scotto and Berardo was in good form. Brown shot under par and can even afford to drop one shot on the last hole, his leadership was not contest.

With this win, Brown jumped to the second place of the Alps Tour ranking.
