Cambis in pole position in Masters 13

alps-tour

After good results last week on Challenge Tour in Lyon, France’s Guillaume Cambis flied high during Masters 13 first round. He shot a wonderfull 9 under par to lead by a huge 5 shot margin. For the moment Guillaume Cambis is 5th at the Alps Tour ranking. This young player is still after his maiden win and his new hair cut (shaved head) is indicative of his fighting attitude. He did birdies as leaves fall in automn.

Behind him, 2 players France’s Romain Bechu and Italian Jim Koon. Both shot 68 which normally is a solid score but rather of disappointing, giving leader’s super performance.

Playing conditions was quite difficult and windy today and the course defended itself pretty well.

After one round, the projected cut is one of the highest of the season, +4.
